Psychology-informed coaching

Awareness before advice.

Coaching creates a space to examine how experiences, beliefs, emotions, motivations, and behaviors connect—and to develop practical awareness you can continue using for yourself.

What happens in a session?

Adam listens closely, asks direct questions, and helps map the connections influencing the concern or goal you bring. The work supports discovery, personal responsibility, and intentional action.

What can we explore?

  • Emotional and relationship patterns
  • Trauma-informed self-understanding
  • Attachment, avoidance, and fear of abandonment
  • Shame, defensiveness, and reactivity
  • Limiting beliefs and confidence
  • Goals, direction, and intentional growth

What is coaching intended to support?

Greater self-understanding, clearer choices, healthier responses, confidence, direction, and practical tools for continued growth.

How many sessions are expected?

Some people gain important clarity in one or a few sessions. More complex or deeply reinforced patterns may require additional time. The goal is not indefinite dependency.

Languages

Coaching is offered in English, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

What is outside the scope?

Coaching does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical treatment. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services.
