Recording, Media, and Testimonial Release

1. Scope

This Release applies when a participant consents to recording, photography, video, audio, testimonial use, event media, course replay, marketing content, or similar use by Realized Coach.

2. Consent to Recording

Participant authorizes Realized Coach to record audio, video, chat, questions, comments, screen participation, likeness, name, voice, and contributions in sessions, programs, webinars, workshops, conferences, courses, events, or app/community features when recording is disclosed or consented to.

3. Incidental Public Event Media

Participant understands that attendance at public or semi-public events, conferences, workshops, retreats, master classes, webinars, or group activities may result in incidental appearance in photographs, video, livestreams, recordings, screenshots, promotional materials, replays, or participant-generated media. Realized Coach will seek specific consent for focused testimonials or featured marketing uses where required, but incidental background appearance may occur at public-facing events.

4. Permitted Uses

Realized Coach may use recordings and media for replay access, educational products, internal training, quality control, documentation, security, promotion, social media, advertising, website content, courses, archives, product development, and other business purposes, subject to applicable privacy commitments and any limits stated in writing.

5. Testimonial Use

Participant grants Realized Coach permission to use submitted testimonials, reviews, success stories, comments, photos, videos, name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. Realized Coach may edit for length, grammar, format, and clarity without changing the substance.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Testimonials reflect individual experience and do not guarantee similar results.

7. No Inspection or Approval Right

Participant waives any right to inspect, review, approve, edit, control, or object to final edited recordings, photographs, screenshots, videos, audio, transcripts, marketing materials, course materials, promotional materials, derivative works, captions, or related uses, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Release

Participant releases Realized Coach and its members, managers, owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims related to authorized recording, media, testimonial, likeness, or promotional use.

9. Participant Recording Prohibited

Participants may not record, screenshot, livestream, distribute, publish, or repurpose any Realized Coach session, group, course, event, community interaction, or participant contribution without written permission from Realized Coach and all legally required consents.

10. Opt-Out and Limits

Participants who do not want to be recorded or included in marketing media must not attend recorded events unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing. Some educational events may not be available without recording.

11. Severability and Survival

If any provision of this Release is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Permissions, releases, intellectual-property licenses, no approval rights, and use rights survive withdrawal from a program, account closure, termination, or expiration, subject to applicable law and any separate written limits.
