This page explains how eligible users may submit privacy-related requests concerning personal information handled by Realized Coach.

2. Available Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, or information about how personal information is processed.

3. How to Submit a Request

Submit requests to Realized Coach with the subject line "Privacy Request" or use any in-platform privacy request tool provided by Realized Coach. Please include your name, email address associated with your account, country/state of residence, request type, and enough information for us to locate your account or records.

4. Identity Verification

Realized Coach may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may request additional information, account confirmation, or other verification steps to protect user data.

5. Limits and Retention

Realized Coach may deny, limit, or delay requests where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for transaction records, consent records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, tax records, dispute resolution, contract enforcement, safety, backups, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Authorized Agents

Where applicable law allows authorized agents, Realized Coach may require proof of authorization and may require the user to verify identity directly.

7. Response Timing

Realized Coach will respond within timeframes required by applicable law. If no specific law applies, Realized Coach will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable period.
