Mobile App End User License Agreement

1. Scope

This Mobile App End User License Agreement applies to Realized Coach mobile applications, including iOS, iPadOS, Android, and related mobile or tablet versions, together with updates, features, content, accounts, and services accessible through the app.

2. License

Subject to compliance with this EULA and all applicable legal terms, Realized Coach grants the user a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on devices the user owns or controls for personal, noncommercial use.

3. App Store Terms

Use of the app may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app-store terms. App stores are not responsible for Realized Coach coaching, content, support, claims, subscriptions, refunds, or services except as required by their own terms.

4. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, device security, passwords, authentication methods, and all activity under their accounts. Users must promptly notify Realized Coach of suspected unauthorized access.

5. App Features

The app may include coaching content, videos, courses, goals, habits, journaling, diary entries, reminders, scheduling, performance tracking, food tracking, weight tracking, wellness tools, community features, and AI-assisted features. These features are informational and personal-development tools only and are not medical devices, clinical records, treatment plans, psychotherapy, diagnosis, nutrition therapy, fitness prescription, or emergency services.

6. Updates and Availability

Realized Coach may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit app features at any time. Some features may require internet access, subscriptions, device permissions, or third-party services.

7. Device Permissions and Notifications

The app may request permissions such as notifications, camera, microphone, photos, health integrations, calendar, or storage, depending on features. Users may control permissions through device settings, but some features may not function without required permissions.

8. Restrictions; App Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, rent, sublicense, scrape, bypass security, interfere with operation, extract source code, use the app for unlawful purposes, use the app to provide competing services, train AI models on app content or outputs, or recreate app features, workflows, methods, prompts, user-interface patterns, tracking systems, or proprietary systems without written permission.

The app, app name, Realized Coach™ brand, Realized Coach logo™, source code, object code, databases, designs, screens, workflows, algorithms, AI prompts, analytics systems, content library, videos, courses, and proprietary tools are owned by Realized Coach, LLC or its licensors.

9. App Data, Backups, and Data Loss

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies, exports, screenshots, or backups of journal entries, goals, habits, tracking records, analytics, course progress, uploaded content, and other important information where export or saving is available. Realized Coach does not guarantee that app data, journal entries, goals, habits, records, analytics, messages, account history, or other content will be preserved, recoverable, uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely.

10. Third-Party Health, Fitness, Calendar, and Device Integrations

The app may connect with or receive information from third-party services or devices, including Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, calendars, wearable devices, app stores, payment processors, or other integrations. Third-party data may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incompatible. Realized Coach is not responsible for third-party integrations, device readings, health metrics, syncing errors, permissions, outages, or data inaccuracies.

11. Privacy

Use of the app is governed by the Privacy Policy. Users should not enter journal, health, wellness, goal, or personal information unless they are comfortable with that information being processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Realized Coach may suspend or terminate app access for violation of legal terms, nonpayment, misuse, safety concerns, security risk, legal risk, or business discontinuation. Upon termination, the user must stop using the app and delete copies if requested.

13. Disclaimers and Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realized Coach disclaims warranties and limits liability as stated in the Terms of Use and Agreements and Disclosures.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This EULA is governed by Utah law, and disputes are subject to the arbitration, venue, class-action waiver, and jury-trial waiver terms in the Terms of Use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Severability and Survival

If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. License restrictions, intellectual-property rights, app data and backup disclaimers, third-party integration disclaimers, privacy-related obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions survive termination or discontinuation of app access.
