Intellectual Property Policy

1. Purpose

This Intellectual Property Policy explains Realized Coach's ownership of its brand, content, platform, app, courses, videos, methods, materials, software, and related intellectual property, and sets rules for use of Realized Coach materials.

2. Entity and Brand

Realized Coach is a trade name and/or DBA of Realized Coach, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. References to Realized Coach refer to Realized Coach, LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Payments made to Realized Coach are payments to Realized Coach, LLC.

3. Trademarks and Brand Assets

Realized Coach™, the Realized Coach logo™, taglines, service names, course names, program names, event names, product names, badges, icons, design elements, and related branding are trademarks, service marks, trade names, common-law marks, or trademark-pending marks of Realized Coach, LLC. Trademark registrations may be pending or obtained in one or more jurisdictions. Users may not use, copy, imitate, modify, register, purchase domain names containing, create social media accounts using, or display Realized Coach marks or confusingly similar marks without written permission.

4. Copyrighted and Proprietary Materials

Realized Coach materials include, without limitation, videos, audio recordings, course content, presentations, slides, handouts, worksheets, workbooks, written materials, articles, guides, emails, assessments, exercises, journal prompts, frameworks, diagrams, graphics, photos, event materials, scripts, lesson plans, coaching materials, community materials, app content, and website content. These materials are owned by Realized Coach, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and other laws.

5. Platform, App, Software, and Systems

The Realized Coach website, mobile apps, web apps, user interfaces, user experience flows, databases, source code, object code, APIs, analytics, recommendation systems, tracking systems, goal systems, habit systems, journaling systems, AI prompts, AI workflows, automations, classifications, algorithms, and related technical systems are proprietary to Realized Coach, LLC or its licensors.

6. Limited Personal License

Subject to payment and compliance with all applicable terms, Realized Coach grants users a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to access Realized Coach materials for personal, noncommercial use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not copy, record, download where not expressly allowed, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, license, sublicense, publish, upload, post, transmit, teach from, coach from, train from, scrape, index, mirror, frame, translate, create derivative works from, train AI models on, use for competing products or services, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code from, or otherwise exploit Realized Coach materials, brands, methods, systems, app features, or proprietary information without written permission.

8. Courses, Groups, and Certifications

Course access, group access, event participation, memberships, recordings, replays, and app subscriptions are personal to the purchaser unless a written agreement states otherwise. Realized Coach certifications, credentials, badges, designations, completion certificates, training programs, facilitator programs, or coach programs may not be copied, represented, taught, resold, sublicensed, or used to imply authorization without written permission.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of User Content they submit, subject to the licenses granted in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Recording/Media/Testimonial Release, and any program-specific terms. User Content does not give users ownership of Realized Coach materials, methodologies, AI systems, app features, analytics, prompts, workflows, recommendation systems, or platform intellectual property.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

If users submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, corrections, testimonials, comments, feedback, or recommendations, Realized Coach may use them without restriction or compensation to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

11. DMCA and Infringement Notices

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact Realized Coach with: identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature. Realized Coach may remove content, disable access, or request additional information at its discretion and as required by law.

12. Brand Permission Requests

Requests to reference, display, license, partner with, quote, reproduce, or use Realized Coach materials, logos, recordings, screenshots, course excerpts, or brand assets must be submitted to Realized Coach. Permission must be in writing and may be revoked.

13. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of Realized Coach intellectual property may result in termination of access, account suspension, takedown requests, payment claims, injunctive relief, damages, attorney fees, and other remedies available by law or contract.

14. No Waiver; Severability; Survival

Failure to enforce this Policy is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Intellectual-property ownership, license restrictions, brand restrictions, confidentiality obligations, enforcement rights, and dispute-resolution provisions survive termination, cancellation, account closure, expiration, or discontinuation of any service.
