Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to purchases, bookings, memberships, subscriptions, coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, webinars, master classes, conferences, courses, digital products, and app services unless program-specific terms state otherwise.

2. One-on-One Sessions

Unless otherwise stated at booking, clients may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Realized Coach may reschedule for emergencies, illness, technology failures, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Group Sessions and Programs

Group programs often involve limited seats and scheduled curricula. Unless otherwise stated, payments are nonrefundable once the program begins or access is granted. Missed sessions may not be credited or refunded.

4. Courses, Digital Products, and Downloads

Unless a sales page states a refund window, digital products, courses, downloads, templates, recordings, and app-based content are nonrefundable once access is provided.

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscriptions renew automatically if stated at purchase. Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law or stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Conferences, Workshops, Retreats, and Events

Event refund deadlines, transfer options, substitutions, travel responsibility, cancellation terms, and force majeure rules will be listed on the event page or registration terms. Participants are responsible for travel, lodging, meals, visas, passports, insurance, and incidental costs unless expressly included.

7. Company Cancellation or Modification

Realized Coach may cancel, postpone, modify, substitute speakers, change venues, move events online, or alter schedules. Remedies may include rescheduling, credit, refund, or substitute access as determined by Realized Coach and applicable law.

8. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact Realized Coach first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute does not automatically cancel contractual obligations, refund restrictions, subscription terms, access restrictions, or amounts owed. Improper or unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension, cancellation of access, collection efforts, recovery of payment-processor fees, recovery of reasonable administrative costs, and legal remedies to the extent permitted by law.

9. Taxes and Third-Party Fees

Taxes, VAT, GST, duties, currency conversion fees, bank fees, app-store fees, payment-processor fees, travel expenses, lodging, and third-party costs are not refundable by Realized Coach unless expressly stated or required by law.

10. No Guarantee-Based Refunds

Unless a written guarantee is expressly provided for a specific program, refunds are not provided because a participant did not achieve a desired result, did not use the program, changed goals, experienced disappointment, or disagreed with coaching, educational, or community content.

11. Severability and Survival

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Payment obligations, refund restrictions, chargeback provisions, taxes and third-party fee obligations, and dispute-resolution provisions survive cancellation, termination, access suspension, or account closure.
