AI Feature Terms

1. Scope

These AI Feature Terms apply to any artificial intelligence, automation, algorithmic, machine-learning, chatbot, recommendation, summarization, journaling-analysis, goal-suggestion, or similar feature offered by Realized Coach.

2. Informational Use Only

AI features are provided for educational, organizational, motivational, administrative, and personal-development support only. They are not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, nutrition care, fitness prescription, or a substitute for qualified professionals.

3. No Emergency Use

Do not use AI features for emergencies, crisis situations, self-harm, violence, abuse, urgent medical symptoms, or urgent mental-health situations. Contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Accuracy and Suitability Limits

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsafe, repetitive, or unsuitable for a user's situation. Users must independently evaluate outputs and consult qualified professionals before acting on information that affects health, safety, finances, legal rights, relationships, travel, exercise, diet, supplements, fasting, or wellbeing.

5. User Inputs

Users should not submit information they do not want processed under the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information they submit to AI features.

6. Human Coaching Distinction

AI features do not replace human coaching and do not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, dietitian-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

7. Third-Party AI Providers; Monitoring, Improvement, and Safety

AI features may use third-party artificial intelligence providers, cloud providers, safety tools, analytics systems, or infrastructure vendors. User inputs, outputs, metadata, and related information may be processed by third-party AI systems as described in the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice.

Realized Coach may review, process, store, moderate, or analyze AI interactions for safety, quality, improvement, abuse prevention, and business operations as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use AI features to generate illegal content, harass others, evade safety measures, provide regulated professional advice without authorization, diagnose or treat conditions, promote self-harm, develop malware, infringe rights, or violate Realized Coach policies.

9. No Ownership of AI Systems or Platform IP

Use of AI features does not give users ownership of Realized Coach AI systems, prompts, workflows, models, recommendation engines, analytics systems, classifications, automations, summaries, interfaces, training materials, methodologies, or related intellectual property. User content remains subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

AI features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realized Coach disclaims liability for decisions, actions, omissions, losses, injuries, emotional distress, financial consequences, relationship consequences, health outcomes, or other effects arising from reliance on AI outputs.

11. Severability and Survival

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Provisions concerning prohibited uses, no professional advice, no emergency use, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of AI feature access.
